Eli's knack for music is in his DNA. He grew up in Clinton, MA with a dad who played in a band since college and set up a full blown recording studio in their basement. His dad is Mark, known as Shecky from Shecky & The Pimp Monkeys. And Eli is surely proud to be a Pimp Monkey.

Eli is a very skillful percussionist who began playing drums when he was in the sixth grade. He really loves rock, but also was a member of a jazz ensemble in the Joy of Music Center in Worcester, MA. Eli played during a jazz cocktail hour for Joe Kennedy, has been a guest drummer with Signs of Life for live shows in New England.

When not in front of a set of drums or studying for school, Eli plays soccer and basketball.
